Containers work as long as they’re stored in winter where they won’t freeze. I have flower pots in the 3 season room.
We left our roses from last year in containers under the deck and up against the house. That area faces south and is protected from the wind. I don’t know how they’re doing. I’m a bit anxious about going down there and peeking.
