Big difference to January, is that in January those were Ukrainians storming Ukrainian buildings. But here, these are Russian nationals storming Ukrainian buildings. (It is well documented, citizens of the RF were posting pictures and videos of them raising the Russian flags over Kharkiv and Luhansk council buildings)
