It really is amazing, in the past you may have been skeptical and wary but that was because people told lies that were easily believable. Now they tell lies that are absolutely beyond absurdity and then they call you stupid if you refuse to believe their absurdity. In many cases they appear to have convinced themselves of the truth of their absurd lies, like a garbage collector convincing himself that he really is a brain surgeon. I would be convinced that Al Gore believes his own lies had he not spent so much money to build a beachfront house while preaching the ever faster rise of sea levels.
