Liberals care more about queer marriage than about the fact that Silicon Valley tech companies have been colluding for years to suppress wages of their employees?
Jesse Jackson was planning a shakedown of Silicon Valley. I wonder if he’s the one (well his people) who dug up this “dirt” on Brendan Eich. we know that the gay agenda activists have been aligning with the “civil rights” agenda.
The usual method it that you are told you can quit with a nice severance package or you'll be fired and receive nothing other than what your contract specifies.
Union thug tactics from the gaystapo.
RE: Depends on his spine
Even if he had the spine, if he loses support from the board members, he can’t work like that. He is like a LEPER to them.
Would you want to continue being CEO when everyone you work with hates you?
Better to leave and take your skills with you. The man is a genius who created Javascript ( the most common language for websites) and the Mozilla browser.
Companies will always have need of his skills.
RE: Brendan was not free or equal was he?
Brendan Eich is just the beginning. Now that they’ve succeeded in ousting him, they can start a movement to oust everyone who donated to the campaign supporting traditional marriage.
THIS IS NOT THE LAST OF IT.
And if conservatives continue to stay silent, they win by default.
When did it start? When I started talking to my 6th graders about 1 John 3:18, "let us love not in word or speech, but in truth and action." My message to my students that it wasn't enough to go to Mass every week, or say you love God, etc. It will never be "enough", you just have to give it your best shot every day.
When it comes to relationships, it's never enough.
When it comes to special interest groups, it's never enough.
When it comes to your kids, it's never enough.
When it comes to the government, it's never enough.
My new mantra is pretty simple: if Frankie Valli can put on a great show at 79 (we saw him at Winstar a couple of weeks ago), I can continue to do my best at 59.
It’s public. He could put up a public fight. Remember the Abortion problem with United way? When they said they wouldn’t support it, a bunch of pro-choicers threatened to withhold giving, so they reversed, and then even MORE pro-life people made the same threat, so they reversed again.
As long as this people can simply threaten with no response from our side, they will win. But he could have gone public with the core problem that we face here and refused to back down. Instead, people like me are no longer using firefox.
Will this company okcupid(OkCupid/OkStupid??) make a statement soon on the muslims treatment of Christians, women or gays?
Never!
They will be as silent as BHO!
Thank goodness Barack Obama never supported traditional marriage, or he’d be out of a job. Thank goodness Bill Clinton never supported traditional marriage, or he’d have to step down from the Clinton Foundation. Etc.
...or you’ll be fired and receive nothing other than what your contract specifies.
Sounds like a nice lawsuit.
The homosexuals have declared war on normal Americans. Yes I said normal because being a pervert is not normal!
The Gaystapo should be treated exactly as they treat others. If they can hound someone out of a company he founded because he supports civilized marriage, they should be excluded from employment at any company whose founders object to their sexual deviancy. Free speech and freedom of religion should have higher standing than some bogus “right” to be homosexual.
I’m guessing and hoping that he negotiated a year or two of salary as compensation...but who knows.
I noticied quite a few of those companies support amnesty.
Who will win? dreamers or gaystepo? what’s a good leftist to do?
So the PC fascists have won. Whenever a specially-privileged government-certified victim group whines everybody bows down, grovels and gives in.
Not really. Virtually all CEOs of large corps serve at the pleasure of the board, by contract. You can't sue for what you willingly contracted for.
