I watched Rehab Addict last night, the program with “Nicole” (the blond that wears the low cut string-tops and shorts while rehabbing old homes). She’s from Detroit, and had returned there to rehab a burned house she’d picked up for nothing. It was on Campbell Street. Maybe you’re familiar with that area
Nicole did a great job on the house. She even bought two vacant lots across the street to plant a community garden...had lots of the local school kids out helping with the planting.
I made the comment to my wife...nice, classic house...great rehab...BUT...I wonder if Nicole will ever be able to sell it? I’m thinking she’s stuck with it now.
Yea, and she had a film crew there for protection.
I made a habit of open carry on the property, as I worked outside for the first couple of weeks. That usually did the trick in preventing attempts on me, but not always.
