The Problem is that notification of 'dropped coverage' wont be recieved until after the election and was designed to be that way by bi-paratisan agreement with both Dem and GOPe ! That is exactly the problem with the way this delay was agreed to ... by Boner .
I don't know about you, but everywhere I've worked I've rec'd my next year's benefit plan options by the end of September with open enrollment closing at some point in October and November.
I don't see my employer going to the trouble to work up plans and options in some sort of Potemkin march where they suddenly announce after the election that they've really decided to drop health care coverage altogether.
Of course, that IS where the Libs are going with the ideas being floated about moving open season to align with tax season ...

Open enrollment here has always just been November, with little or no notification of program modifications until January.
