Liberals who watch MSNBC and read Daily Kos know all about Elizabeth Warren. If she declared, she would have a base of liberal/radical support right off the bat.
And who knows, if it became a 2 man race with Warren and Hillary, things could happen.
Back in 1966 Arkansas State Supreme Court Justice Jim Johnson ran for governor. I heard someone ask an elderly black man who he was going to vote for. He said he would vote for “Justice Jim Johnson because Johnson was a good president so he’ll probably be a good governor.”
People don’t need to know, or want to know, anything about a candidate. They just want to know their name.
