It wasn’t 2 each there were. 7 pairs of the clean animals, not just a pair
I presume they calculated this using original measurements. Remarkable that it turns out to work, but when you think about it, it shouldn’t be a surprise. When a historical document is specific in its measurements, it is probably based in historical fact. There was indeed an ark.
It’s a story, not literal truth.
Where did all this water we currently have on Earth come from?
“Its a story, not literal truth.”
ARE YOU CALLING JESUS CHRIST A LIAR?
Matthew 24:37-41
37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; 39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. 40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.
Almost every ancient civilization or culture, even those very far removed from the Holy Land, have a flood story. You knew that, right?
Bingo.
Evian?
“Its a story, not literal truth.”
Anyone can believe that but none can KNOW it.
Similarity of stories has nothing to do with it being true or not. Water “cleaning things away” is evident to most people in life. It makes sense to have a story using water to purify.
Correct.
From hydrogen, the most abundant element in the universe and oxygen, the third most common element in the universe.
How do you know that with certainty?

“Most importantly, I want to remind you that in the last days scoffers will come, mocking the truth and following their own desires.” 2 Peter 3:3 NIV
I can’t.
“From hydrogen, the most abundant element in the universe and oxygen, the third most common element in the universe.”
What sorcery is this?!
