Wildcat strikes are not authorized by contract. They formed a wildcat strike..the union cant back them, although they might try, and they get the axe. End of Story.
With so many people out of work, no union should be able to hold a company hostage. Hiring should be open to everyone who qualifies. Surely some company would have the guts to just stop dealing with unions.
