What about New York? When I was doing business up there I was finding at least 25 contacts moving to the Carolinas every year.
New York was #1 on the above list. (See top of article)
It had all the many signs of rot: socialism, high taxes, high cost of living, etc.
Interesting, part of the reason my daughter and her family left NC and returned to Wisconsin when given the opportunity
