Here's a compromise - the illegals living here can get a provisional citizenship.

If they don't commit a felony ...

If they don't take advantage of the system (being on welfare for more than 8 months in 16 years.)

Then in 20 years - after the wait period - they can become citizens.

While the illegals are provisional they can NOT vote in American elections. Dems want compromise - here it is - they can't buy voters by giving away citizenship.
