I am an Army vet but the term, “warrior transition brigade” is a bit fuzzy. Are personnel in this unit those who’ve been deployed in combat and are being decompressed, debriefed, allowed to cool down mentally, etc., or are they being given training to help them transition into civilian life?
Quote:
The Fort Hood Warrior Transition Brigade provides command and control, primary care and case management for Soldiers in transition to establish conditions for healing and to promote the timely return to the force or transition to continue serving the Nation as a Veteran in their community.
