I agree with you regarding active duty, but there are lots of families, children, and civilian workers there also, who have no combat training.

Here’s the deal.

The police/Authorities tell people to “Shelter in Place” because they think people are stupid. Some are stupid.

But, the idea that unless you are “Trained” is BS.

You can’t train someone to have common sense.

But, those with common sense, are grouped in with those idiots.
