Which speeches are you quoting, the ones before he was nominated? It certainly wasn’t from any speeches after he was nominated.

Don’t have to wager. With Mitt, it depends on the audience. If he wanted you believe he was against amnesty, he would say he was a severe conservative to your face. But, if you were a part of the hispanic audience, he would ban all the reporters and tell you to forget all that other talk — you’ll get your amnesty with him in office.

Just as he wanted gays in the military and actually instituted gay marriage in this country, he wanted his illegal friends from his dad’s birth country (Mexico) to have easy access to US citizenship.

I would never bet on anything Romney says at any given time. Whatever he is touted as saying, you can find him saying the exact opposite with another crowd.
