An agency of our federal government, funded by our tax dollars, performing “experiments” that would have made Josef Mengele jealous.
I read about this a couple of years ago. I see no difference between these sociopaths and serial killers. The perpetrators MUST be brought to trial for their sick and horrific deeds.
