Is 41% Obama's ceiling? He can't seem to drop below the 40% mark... maybe we have a permanent dependent class in this country that has already reached the dangerous 40% level...

I tend to accept this poll. Why? Because it's actually
good news to me!
I talk to a great number of people, and a holotta of'em ain't got no friggin' clue about Obamacare, or anything else. In my personal "poll" about half say,
