I have democrats in my life... they're not exactly proud of the 'bloodsport bullies' running their party. I live in the district that elected David Jolly... Democrats don't know it yet, but they're getting a reputation.

Yes, I agree. But there’s a difference between standing your ground and fighting the good fight versus being a thuggish bully. I never advocated for the latter. I just want to see Republicans score some points and you can’t do that when you’re always on defense.
Bullies only back down when you stand up to them and push back. I found this out for myself when I was young growing up in a school full of tough kids. When Pubbies take a stand they will earn respect and gain back some lost ground.
Ronald Reagan comes to mind as a good example.
