What a stupid article. It’s not “A1” or “A2” you need to worry about, it’s pasteurization that is the problem. Drink raw milk and you’ll never have digestive problems or lactose intolerance again.
I was raised on raw milk. Had my first taste of pasteurized milk when I started school and hated it. When I was 14 they shut down the local dairy and I never drank milk again until about 4 years ago when a friend started his own little back yard dairy. Every morning I have one 12 ounce glass of raw milk for breakfast, skip lunch and eat a good supper. I’m 64 now and my doctor is amazed at how good of shape I’m in.
