Everyy time I have it checked, the doc says it’s perfect and to keep doing whatever it is I’m doing. My 93 year old mother’s doc tells her the same thing.
I do believe it’s genetic.
There’s something to be said for just continuing what you’re doing, whatever it is. Docs told my father the same thing. The body doesn’t really like gastric surprises.
