It will take that hot cup of coffee better known as “reality” to give them a good wake up call.
They are probably the first generation to be completely submerged in government propaganda education from kindergarten through college.....and to a large extent raised in single parent homes, or homes in which both parents were not fully engaged in their raising and supervision.

Or their parents are equally as stupid.
Undoubtedly millenialism it is a learning disability with roots in the legal application of a host of pharmaceuticals.
I live in stoner central — Colorado.
Or did too much acid or like drugs.
They will reject reality when they encounter it, it will be alien to them
It will in the end chase them down, no doubt, despite any rejections.

My father had another kid after my parents divorced. He’s now in his early 20s, jobless, living at home, college dropout, and he defends Obama with every fiber of his being. It’s absolutely astonishing to watch how he contorts logic into his own worldview. The schools have completely destroyed independent thought in the latest crop of high school graduates.
their parents are equally as stupid.
That video is hilarious
Indeed. The truth often is, isn’t it?
I was watching the final 2 Elite Eight NCAA basketball games yesterday and they were talking about one of the players after a segment on him. A nice, articulate, smart, hard working kid (could have been on Sat during the Fla/Dayton game).
Charles Barkley commented, “well you can tell he has good, smart parents. You can follow a good kid home and find good parents and you can follow a stupid kid home and you’ll find stupid parents.” My jaw dropped!
Charles even said, “that’ll set my Twitter on fire!”
I like Charles. Don’t always agree with him, but with him, what you see is what you get. Unfiltered.
Charles Barkley says what he means and means what he says. Agree with him or not, he calls it the way he sees it. Gotta respect that.
Unfortunately, reality won’t set in for a lot of them until their parents either kick them out or die of old age.A lot of them think living in a basement is better than the humiliation of working for a living.
I teach some millennials in a senior/grad comm theory course. ( That’s as in EE Comm theory, not the lib pablum perped in the marshmallow major side.).
They are motivated, sharp, and will do well. Since I am not a smarmy lib, we do not mention the inferior art of politics..we talk math and physics...but I know most, if not all, are not libs.
After all, they have demonstrated mental abilities far, far above those of the West Wing.
