Has anyone noticed that there seem to be quite a few news readers from Britain or with British accents?

Is there a shortage of Britsh news readers in the USA?

Does HHS have a special immigration category for news readers with British accents?

Do we need them here to do a job American news readers won’t do?

I’m sick to death of British news readers. But I would like to hear some Irish or Scottish voices in the mix.

Maybe even some Eskimo accents.

It's Rupert Murdoch's doing via his ownership of both Fox News and Sky News.
