Naps has been needling conservatives about their supposed effect on the movie’s fortunes. And they deserve some of the needling.
Face it. Nobody really knew this was a rabidly pro-environut flick until it came out. So a lot of the buzz WAS what Hollyweird wanted... hey look it’s about the bible so let’s plan to give it some eyeballs. Even the SBC church where I’m going now has scheduled a youth outing to it in a week, something which I think they now might be wise to reconsider.
