Where are the court challenges to the ACA claiming it is unconstitutional because it has been arbitrarily rewritten and exemptions or delays have illegally been granted to specific groups? I believe the inscription over the Supreme Court Building entrance says “Equal Justice Under Law”. This law has not been applied equally and should be struck down for that reason.

The 6 million privately insured people who lost their policies were harmed by the unequal application of the law while those with group policies whose implementation was delayed arbitrarily were benefited. It would seem the 6 million would have legal standing to sue.
