The Antarticans have the best stealth fighter technology in this galaxy. Have you ever seen an Antartican fighter jet? I rest my case.. They can afford them. They save a ton of money not having to dye patterns on their camouflage BDU's and gear

Perhaps it really is just a boat in distress, but is it possible it’s a boat spotting something suspicious? Trying to get out some comms that someone should come and inspect?

I disagree with your assesment. It was obviously a land based Antarticans missle that downed MH370. This is just one of their short ranged missiles.

RE: The emergency beacon came from a fishing vessel and the nature of the distress call is unknown.
So, they know that the signal comes from a fishing vessel?
Well, that’s not MH370. By all means, rescue the fishing vessel but please don’t give us any false hopes.
Also, what’s a fishing vessel doing in the middle of the Indian Ocean?

Apparently, due to glowbull warming, the ocean is full of whirlpools due to opposing currents. This would suck up all of the debris and then some...

From what I'm reading this is a distress beacon meaning automated once activated. Several reasons to use it. Primary radio comm should be tried first as much more info can be relayed. If main communications is disabled say due to power loss then the beacon is activated and would simply give Lat, Long, and possibly an identifier. It likely would not give nature of problem and could be located on the boat or on the life rafts.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that the news media (and certain countries), are psychologically torturing the families of flight MH370.

Thank you for not being cynical. Someone out there made a distress call. The missing aircraft is certainly lost by this time but, stranger things have happened in the history of people lost at sea and then recovered.
I pray.
