On the other hand, bringing up contempt charges against the IRS employee might be just the thing that is needed...in this election year. You can bet that the Dems in the IRS are planning some stupid stuff.

That could be, but...

For this year, it might be best to keep the advantages we currently have, and to not give the democrats any other issues with which they can change the subject to something other than the bigger issues of Obamacare and a weak economy and high unemployment and weak foreign policy and a weak military.

After November, the IRS scandal and other misbehavior and violations of law issues by the administration, will still be around, and we can go after them, at the same time that the republican/conservative agendas get moved forward.
