When did anybody get kicked out a movie theater for carrying Tums, blood pressure pills and cough drops?

We were talking about somebody bringing strawberries into a movie theatre and here you are talking about...well I don't know exactly what.

Straw man argument?

Not “straw man argument”. “Strawberry man argument”.

I need a permission slip to carry my inhaler in the National Archives, as well as my seat cushion for psyatic nerve damage to my legs and lower back.

You’d be amazed at the amount of regulations that exist today just to screw up peoples lives. I see this in my work everyday, and those are just US government regulations that nobody gets to vote on.

The same for state and local regulations.

I was trying to make a point. You don’t know about people’s health conditions if they are not visible. The man should have told the theater manager that he had a diabetic condition (real or not). They could have worked something out.

If the theater owner was smart, he’s sell them to the movie viewers and everyone would be happy.

Life is too complicated and too many bureaucrats and “bosses” like to screw around with other peoples lives.

Some where, some time, it has got to stop and common sense take over again.

Just look at what they are doing to kids in elementary schools who have cookies they eat into the the shape of a gun.
