The Obama administration has been secretly giving Russia free Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System (MILES), a tactical force-on-force trainer, which uses a system of lasers and dummy ammunition to simulate ground combat for soldiers.

Is MILES still covered under ITAR? Bad or old tech (old to us, bad to us) can still be covered under ITAR.
I publish papers and give talks occasionally, and every time I do I get an ITAR review.
Frequently even “obsolete” tech falls under ITAR or export restrictions because it’s only obsolete to us, but can be pretty advanced to someone else.
So it’s relevant to check to see if MILES is still export-restricted or covered under ITAR, because I expect my government to follow the rules they impose on me.
I once tried to take a digital oscilloscope to the UK, and got “caught” making an illegal technology transfer, the scope was covered under ITAR and one of the export laws (bandwidth and risetime made it a “dual use” AECA tech. Since it was an honest mistake nothing much happened to me, but I had to choose a compliant scope before I could go.
Send this to Rush Limbaugh, Mark Levin and others.
Obama is helping his friends get ready for Armageddon, after all B.O is a helper of the devil..I wouldn’t be surprised if that is what Michelle is doing in China giving them arms for the final battle..remember both of these demons hate the people of this country..
My husband worked on weapons development for years. Yes, things get old, but they are constantly upgraded, modernized.....
Are they being used today, because I bet they are not the same as even 10 years ago.
Just following in Slick Willie’s footsteps giving all our technology away.
