the reason I posted this was mostly for the relevation that Malay delayed notifying Boeing for 3 hours that the aircraft was missing. I don’t think I’d heard that before and I found that curious.

I also found curious (and unacceptable) that Malay seems to be insisting that any participating country give them full intel disclosure, but, apparently, are not to act on their own (Boeing tests being belittled and NTS experts being excluded), that Malay be the sole director and mouthpiece. It makes one wonder if this is still a search and rescue mission or a new agenda focused on testing capabilities.

Just 3 hours???

Malaysian ATC was notified by Vietnamese ATC within 10 minutes and got no response from them.

Just think how things may have been different if the Malaysian military had had the presence of mind to send up planes to check on it. 238 people might still be alive --

Boeing people and Rolls Royce people are the ones telling Gen McInerny that plane is in Pakistan/Iran.
