I sometimes wonder if Roberts saved Obamacare to give the people what they wanted and righteously deserved, knowing they would choke on it.

I think you're being facetious...That's interesting to ponder, but it raises another, bigger question: Do we want Supreme Court decisions based on political strategy, or do we want them based on what's in the Constitution?

I’m with you. I don’t agree with your decision, but sometimes I wonder if some think maybe we should just let the voters have what they asked for and see how they like it.
