That is why for the choice between Romney and King Obama I tried to stress if you don't like either, vote for the lesser of the two evils. That was Romney.

Apparently not many understood that there is no perfect candidate. EVER! Therefore the intelligent, since they have to select one of the two, should go for Romney. Obamacare would have gone. Obamacare was the most destructive bill this Country has ever had.

Now comes 2016. Would it be possible that the same will be the case? Stupid not to understand.

Repubs can't field a candidate that enough conservatives will vote for. They'd rather the greater of "two evils" win as they see no difference.

Conservative voter 1 won't vote for candidate A because of issue Z, conservative voter 2 won't vote for candidate B because of issue Y, and so on....

I see the Dems winning again in 2016 and after that, probably no more elections.

There are no perfect candidates so we should vote for the leftist that will face no opposition since he has an R by his name.
If compromise for the good of the party is such a good thing then why doesn’t the GOPe try it?

I voted for Romney as we’ll based on the same logic. In retrospect I should have stayed home. While of course there is no such thing as a perfect candidate that doesn’t mean that you should settle for abject mediocrity. I can think of several candidates I’d happily show up to vote for. Palin, Cruz, Paul, Walker... Pick any one and I’ll show.

If the gop wants to foist another of its corporatist nancy boys on us, it has every right to do so. And I have every right to find something else to do with my time rather than vote.
