I can only say that if people cannot see the complicity between the two parties, and cannot or will not see that we won’t last long on the path that we’re on, then I can’t do or say anything that will change their mind. We’ll have to wait until after the collapse when they finally open their eyes to it.
At that point, a Sarah Palin or a Ted Cruz might stand a chance. Until that time, the “Free Stuff” is just too powerful a narcotic for them to go “cold turkey”.
Cruz seems like the real deal to me; Palin seems to be better than most, though I have some doubts about her* — but you are very right about collusion and complicity of the two parties; it is particularly telling that there is such plentiful ammunition against current government overreach which the Republican party refuses to use: Fast & Furious, NSA domestic spying, Benghazi, IRS targeting, etc.
IN THE GRIM DARKNESS OF THE FAR FUTURE THERE IS ONLY GOVERNMENT.
