I've read that it is catchable in an airborne manner, although not easily. There's a good explanation in Wikipedia (I know, can't always trust it, but the info is there):
"Transmission through oral exposure and through conjunctiva exposure is likely and has been confirmed in non-human primates. Filoviruses are not naturally transmitted by aerosol. They are, however, highly infectious as breathable 0.81.2 micrometre droplets in laboratory conditions; because of this potential route of infection, these viruses have been classified as Category A biological weapons."
