Every single day Finland starts looking better to me ... if I am going to be living under the bitter thumb of socialists better to be doing it with experts ... not amateurs ;>}
Not only that, but have you seen Finnish women? All kidding aside Finland was recently listed in an in depth study as the world’s best government ... an A+ in not being intrusive in the live’s of its citizens. The U.S. was in 28th place ... and I was surprised we ranked that high! I fear that the grownups may never be in charge here again!

One thing that the NW European experiments with socialism prove (including National Socialism 1933-1939) is that, if the voters believe, and act as if they believe, that they are members of an extended family that it can work.
Multiculturalism and socialism are not compatible. For a multiculti society, or a society with serious class divisions preventing the extended family metaphor from working, you need communism, which cannot be made to work.
