We are in the last days, the days of the Laodicean church age where Jesus has been kicked out of the church and society in general, but continues to stand at the door and knock in his grace and mercy (Rev 3:14-22). The remnant the spirit-filled, grace-filled Philadelphia church is also here as a light to the world and will escape the soon-coming “hour of temptation, which will come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth” (Rev 3:10).
