Obviously Putin is about to do something else and the pantywaist loser knows it is going to make him look worse. So, he mentions it so it at least appears that he has a clue when it actually comes down.
I feel in my gut something big is about to happen—Putin will move his troops—someplace. He will re—act somewhere. All I can guess is in the end—Russia will get bigger, other states smaller. I do know the US responce—more talk.
