In England, it is not so much secular authorities acting out of some PC view point, as Islamic activists who object to those authorities. Since England - like the EU - is on the verge of becoming a muslim country, this sort of behavior is to be expected and to increase.

Much of the Old Testament is part of Islam; I don’t see them opposing this. They prevented an anti-Christian movie from airing (maybe “The Last Temptation of Christ”?) on the grounds that they view Jesus as a prophet.
