I don’t think of people like Biden as being “idiots” in the tradtional sense. His craven in-your-face attack is carefully scripted. These people are lawyers and they surround themselves with lawyers, and constantly try to push the envelope of flaunting the law. His intelligence or lack thereof is shadowed by his evil and corruption.
