That's what I know of Chavez. He was certainly in favor of unionization, but for AMERICAN born workers.

He knew the obvious.

That illegal immigrants will work for less, MUCH less.

And that it would really hurt American Latinos who worked the fields.

I wonder how the movie will portray him.

Scratch that, I KNOW how the movie will portray him.

And it WON'T make any sense.

You can't pay union wages when there are illegals who will undermine that for pennies on the dollar.
