I wish it helped, my grandson has been gluten and dairy free for over a year and we spend a small fortune on supplements with very little improvement.
Sorry to hear about that. A lot of people push the “gluten free/casein free diet” as a treatment but there is no evidence it has any effect (there is only evidence that is has NO effect).

I’m sorry it hasn’t helped....it’s just one of the options to try. Bless you for trying. I know how desperate a person can get...I do have relatives with autism spectrum issues.
