Thanja...Maybe I should have said “wheat”....interesting statement in 2nd to last paragraph about last “century”.

Also...I believe we ancestors relied on seeds more..rather than adulterated stuff of past century...I will try to find a documentary on this we watched and get you the link.

The wheat we’ve been eating since the 1970’s is NOT the amber waves of grain our ancestors ate for thousands of years.
