Insurance companies, who are the ones most injured by the changes Obama has made to the law’s implementation, should file suit against Obama and his cohorts for violating the law as written.

The insurance companies wanted ObamaCare. They thought it would force millions into the status of "forced customer" at the point of IRS guns.

I have zero sympathy for them,

We have to remember that it is often business who supports Government mandates and controls to avoid competition.

Agreed 100%, except since insurance is a big, almost all cash business, they've got the money to buy the politicians, and pretty much buy any outcome they want. Look for this to turn their way, one way or the other. I'm sure they're still trying to figure out how to make it happen without coming out to be the bad guys in this.
