I believe the Obama White House has solicited money and other assets from individuals, corporations and foreign governments in exchange for favorable policy or regulatory decisions. This explains why Obama can't reverse his Keystone pipeline stance. Money has changed hands and the fix is in. Those who benefit from blocking the pipeline are George Soros, Warren Buffett, Saudi Arabia and Russia.

I also believe the Russians, Chinese and perhaps the Iranians have information about Obama that would result in extreme embarrassment or criminal charges and they blackmail the White House.
