I have a friend who worked for the SBI doing these types of cases. They are easy to prosecute. These types usually document all of their crimes by burning DVD’s, contacting people, etc.
Porn is like a drug that robs people of common sense.

A friend of mine repairs infected computers, laptops and cell phones. In 100% of the cases if the owner/user is a man he finds porn on the device. 100% of the time.

Yeah, a burnt DVD or a bunch of kiddie-porn contacts would definitely seal the prosecutorial deal.
