You don't have the records of the Tufts doctors, as far as I know they have made no public statements.
I DO know that, if their opinions were exactly as represented by the family, that they would be in court as next friends of the child and would have filed appropriate motions, which, AFAIK, they did not.
They are of course bound to silence, so neither you, nor I, nor anyone else knows what they think.
It is very unlikely, however, that the family's account of what they think is accurate.
Good points but until more facts can come out I’m going to continue to be just dismayed at the treatment of this kids parents.
In absence of clear personally observed evidence on EITHER side of this case... You choose to side with the state over parents you might be on the wrong forum. This is the forum for those that give the PARENTS benefit of the doubt over the STATE every time.
