FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Sen. Mitch McConnell's latest campaign video hit all the necessary Kentucky high points: horse racing, bluegrass — and Duke basketball?
The campaign was scrambling Tuesday morning to remove an online video that features a split-second clip of Duke basketball players celebrating their 2010 national championship.

that’s something even Kentucky RINO voters won’t forgive…..Duke still lives rent free in the heads of Ky fans.
Why didn’t he just go ahead and show Christian Laettner’s winning bucket in 1992?
Hells bells, if he did that, then he wouldn’t get but two percent of the vote. Laettner’s name is almost synonymous with Obama.
Have to wonder if this ad was done by someone vehemently opposed to McConnell.
And that is precisely why……boo boo for Mitch.
As aside; Duke fans have respect for Kentucky, UConn, NC…and yet, the abject mindless hatred those schools all have, the obsession they all have with Duke, is not returned….even with NC, it is not returned with the level of obsession Heel fans have with Duke and K.
Please no Duke... especially Christian Latner’s photo...UCONN still have nightmares.
