I can see an enterprise in busing welfare bums from Texas to California for bigger benefits, and taxpayers from California to Texas on the return trip, but I don’t want to clean the buses after the trip to California.

Personally, I would like to see states support their farmers by augmenting SNAP with farm surpluses. That is, if a particular segment of their farms had a bumper crop year, the state could purchase the surplus at cost, and allocate it to SNAP recipients.
