Did their report say what percentage of those users are REALLY PISSED OFF about the drastic reduction in battery life with the new iOS?

I haven't noticed a significant reaction in batter life - it might even be slightly better on my 4S. I'd suggest going into settings, though, and disabling some of the automatic updates (like App Store/iTunes Store) and background app refresh if you don't need it and maybe shut some stuff off in location services that are unnecessary. That usually fixes battery life issues.

for battery life it is important to KNOW HOW and to CLOSE the programs/aps frequently. I reboot often when I am out and have done a lot of work on my iphone or iPad.. I have IMax and MacBook Pro.. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my apples!
