All but one of those lined-up carriers was in various states of de-activation or overhaul. The Enterprise was one-—decommissioned some time ago. There’s another row just like that at Puget Sound NS. All being retired- and disassembled. It’s notable that we have a larger fleet of de-activated carriers than the rest of the world has working ones.
