3100 N Broad St, until Cheltenham Ave, is like the “Gauntlet”. LaSalle @ Chew & Olney is almost as bad.
3100 N. Broad is the Dental School. I think this happened on the main campus - about 1400 N Broad. And the neighborhood in between those two isn’t any too good.
