This isn’t just directed to the President’s daughters but quite a few young girls that dress inappropriately for the occasion at hand. Their skirts were terribly short and the eldest daughter had an exposed midriff in several photos. They just looked too informal for a diplomatic visit.
The untied combat boots helped to add to the casual effect she was no doubt trying to achieve, IMHO.
